The City of Crisfield, Maryland retained Jakubiak & Associates, Inc. to prepare a new Comprehensive Plan. The City is seeing a renewed interest in residential development and the conversion of maritime waterfront areas into high-density housing. The Comprehensive Plan is focused on ecological restoration through redevelopment. Jakubiak & Associates, Inc. conducted workshops throughout the process building community consensus around vital and innovative recommendations and planning principles.
